Migraine
Migraine attacks can persist for several hours or even days, causing intense throbbing or a pulsating sensation, typically localized on one side of the head. This is often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and sound. The pain can become so severe that it disrupts everyday activities.

Throbbing Or Pulsating Pain
